Volunteer with Us
Join our work from wherever you are. We welcome dedicated volunteers whose time, skills, and care can strengthen what is growing on the ground.
Real Work, Real Needs
Most of our volunteer roles are remote and flexible. Some are one-time contributions. Others grow into a longer relationship over time. Either way, we try to match people with real needs, not busywork.
Our greatest remote needs tend to fall in a few areas: grant research, writing support, communications, design, translation, and administrative organization. If you have skills in any of these areas and are looking for work that is grounded, community-rooted, and worth your time, we want to hear from you.
This is best suited for people who are self-directed, responsive, and comfortable working within a small team that moves thoughtfully and with care. The work in Cap Rouge is long-term. The people who support it best tend to be in it for the same reasons.
Ways To Contribute Remotely
-
Grant Research & Writing
Help us identify and apply for funding opportunities that support long-term regeneration, food sovereignty, and education in Haiti. Whether you’re experienced with grant writing or just good at organizing information, your support can directly help us sustain and scale our impact.
-
Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling
Design plays a big role in how we share knowledge and build connections. Help us create educational graphics, campaign visuals, or workshop materials that reflect the beauty and purpose of our work. You’ll be helping tell the story of regeneration in a way that inspires others.
-
Translation (English/Kreyòl)
We aim to make all our materials accessible to both local and global audiences. Volunteers fluent in English and Haitian Kreyòl can help us translate workshop content, social posts, reports, or subtitles for videos. Your contribution helps bridge communities and honor both languages.
-
Social Media Support
Help us plan, schedule, or organize content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Whether you’re good at editing videos, writing captions, or analyzing growth, your support helps us share what’s happening on the ground—and reach people who want to help.
-
Curriculum & Workshop Content
Support our educational efforts by helping us refine or build new learning tools. This could include designing youth modules, building regenerative agriculture guides, or helping format curriculum we already use in the community. Perfect for educators or creatives who love practical learning.
In-Person Volunteering Temporarily On Hold
Due to the current situation in Haiti, we are not accepting in-person volunteers at this time. When travel is safe again, we look forward to welcoming on-site support. Please note: in-person volunteering involves costs for transportation, accommodations, and local coordination.
You can still support our work remotely—and we encourage you to reach out to stay in the loop for future opportunities.
