AGRINATIF
AgriNatif is Grown in Haiti’s regenerative field network: the team we are training to lead regenerative work in Haiti, together with the farmers we support and work alongside. It is an initiative of Grown in Haiti, not a separate organization.
A TEAM GROWING INTO LEADERSHIP
AgriNatif is built around practical work, shared responsibility, and the transfer of knowledge. Andy, Frantz, and Kenya are the current core team, and Pelou is in the process of joining. Their role is not only to help implement regenerative systems, but to grow into the people who can design, lead, teach, and adapt this work for the landscapes and communities they know.

CURRENT PROJECT
The team is creating a regenerative orchard for its first client in the Nippes region near Miragoâne. The project is an opportunity to apply regenerative design in a paid professional setting while strengthening the team’s planning, installation, and long-term stewardship skills. The client and exact site are intentionally not named here.
READY FOR THE NEXT CHALLENGE
AgriNatif is ready to grow through paid contracts that match its developing capacity. Landowners, farms, community groups, institutions, and aligned partners can support the team’s growth by hiring it for regenerative orchards, agroforestry systems, land restoration, planting, maintenance, monitoring, and field implementation.
To discuss a paid project or partnership, contact Grown in Haiti through the website’s Contact page.
WORKING WITH FARMERS
AgriNatif also represents the wider field network of farmers Grown in Haiti supports and works alongside: 48 farming families supported through the Clara Lionel Foundation, within a total network of more than 50 farming households.
