Why this team
Leadership takes many forms here, from caring for the land and sharing seeds to fundraising, governance, and long-term partnership. Each person contributes to the work in a distinct way.
Our AgriNatif field team includes Andy, Frantz, Kenya, and Pelou. They are developing the skills to plan, install, monitor, and care for regenerative projects in the landscapes they know.

how leadership shows up
Our team is not separate from the work. Leadership here means staying close to the land, the community, and the long-term responsibilities of regeneration.
